Terms of Service
Please, before commissioning me, take a look at my Terms of Service. Knowing the 'rules' of commissioning me is essential for your and my own safety. This page is very important as it states how things will be handled when things go differently.
General
Please be clear in your instructions and talk English or Dutch. This is to be sure I get everything right, I do not speak other languages well so please refrain from speaking any other languages to me.
Provide a proper DIGITAL reference sheet. I do not make art from descriptions (unless for a custom character) and providing a traditional reference sheet will result in faultings in coloring, this is due to the lighting and shades cast in real life. If you do have a traditional reference sheet, please scan it in so that i can get the colors right. Scanned Traditional Artwork is fine!

I do NOT work with STOLEN CHARACTERS! If i have a suspicion/ have knowledge that the character you are trying to commission art of is stolen, i will decline your commission.

I do NOT work with known Scammers or people with a negative image. I deserve to decline a commissions if i know the person has negative reviews on them. This if for my own safety and well being.

I DO NOT tolerate any kind of Toxic behavior. If i experience much discomfort in the way you are behaving towards me, i may cancel your commission, and i have all right to. I do not work with people who do not respect me or my work.
I have the right to cancel/refuse a commission. If i do not want to draw what you want drawn, i will not continue the commission.

Inflation
Vore
Poop/Pee fetish

Payment
Payment is through Paypal or iDeal. iDeal is for the people that live in the Netherlands.
Payment is in Euro or USD. If paid in USD, the price will go up to meet the price in euros.
Full payment is required upfront. To avoid being scammed i will require the payment upfront, i will send you an invoice including my ToS so you need to read that! If you do not, you might stand for surprises.
Process
You will recieve a work in progress of every stage (Sketch, lineart, coloring, shading, background, etc. )
you can ask for extra work in progress pictures. But please do not be pushy.
W.I.P pictures will be watermarked.
Commission completion time can be up to 4 or 5 months. Please be aware that i am someone which still goes to school, have chores, family, friends, a boyfriend and cares about my health. A factor in finished work is also, the complexity of the piece, and how many commissions are before you.
If anything occurs that may slow down the process of your artwork, you will be notified A.S.A.P.
Customer Satisfaction
When a commission is finished, only small changes are able to be made for free. Please pay good attention to the process of your artpiece and try to find faults earlier on. Bigger changes to lineart and shading later on, will require payment.
Please do not make changes to the artpiece yourself, contact me first instead.
Copyright
I, the creator of the artwork hold copyright over the created artwork. This means that i can post this artwork on any social media, promote myself with the artwork, publish it to my portfolio/gallery.
I do NOT allow these practises:
Tracing
Recoloring/ hue shifting
Copying
Impersonation
Reposting without proper credit
Heavily Referencing
Selling of my artwork
Printing merchandise.
Removing Watermarks.
Claiming credit.
For practises such as, printing my artwork of your character on merchandise, I will need to be contacted beforehand. If you have not commissioned the piece, and are no owner of the character, please contact the Character-owner/Commissioner first.
Commissioner has all copyright over the character, therefore i am not able to print merchandise with commissioned work unless permission is given by the commissioner. Please respect me and the person who paid money!
Cancelling/ Refunding Policy
I have the right to cancel, and refund your commission at any time. If i know i am no longer able to work on your commission, or deliver the quality deserved, in time. I am able to refund and cancel your commission.

If you cancel the commissions while work has already started i will keep 40% of the paid money to cover for my lost time and work. If due to circumstances you no longer want to the commission, i will keep 40% of the paid money to cover for my lost time and work, this is due to art being a very time consuming job and i could have started on commissioners which did want their commission.
You have right on a full refund if work has not yet been started or has been cancelled by me.

If you file a chargeback against me, you will not be able to work with me ever again and loose any right over work produced for you. Your name will be publically posted, where ever pleased to, to warn others. I have the right to file a complaint and have right to the money you have given me.
These Terms are bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
